What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering professional and high-quality support, assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products, troubleshooting issues effectively, maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems, collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience, stay up to date with the latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information, ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience, and meet quality and operational performance targets while contributing to service excellence.

What you'll earn

1030€ x14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
