Job Title: Business Development – Partnerships Job Description: We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Representative to join our team and help us build and manage partnerships that drive business growth. As our Business Development Partnerships Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with other companies, organizations, and individuals.
Job Type: Contract, Full-time, Remote
Compensation: $1,500 USD + commission + end of the year bonus Working hours: 11 am – 7 pm CET

Cultivate new partnership opportunities by conducting research to approach partners •
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth •
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, including identifying key decision-makers and influencers •
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions •
Work with partners to develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our products and services •
Monitor and report on partnership performance, including tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement •
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats •
Conduct product presentations and sales calls along with partners •
Generate new sales and business opportunities through partnerships •
Maintain existing partnerships Qualifications •
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field •
3+ years of experience in a related role •
Strong communication and time management skills •
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish •
Excellent presentation skills •
Ability to work remotely (mainly from home). A reliable internet connection, laptop/computer, microphone & camera is required to conduct business. •
Knowledge of CRM as well as Image Editing platforms (example Canva, Illustrator) ability to produce digital content. •
Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing successful partnerships •
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills •
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities •
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment •
Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred
