Responsibilities
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for implementation and evolution of digital solutions. - Configure and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Leverage Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for behavioral analysis, reporting, and insights generation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Integrate multiple data sources into Adobe Experience Platform and ensure data consistency. - Design and implement customer segmentation, audiences, and personalization strategies. - Support testing, validation, and issue resolution in production environments. - Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Produce functional and technical documentation aligned with best practices.
You must have:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Strong knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). - Experience in data integration and data modeling for digital marketing platforms. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - European Union citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit. - Availability to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon-based).
