Day to day you will be provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in Polish and English assist buyers sellers and creators with inquiries related to orders deliveries and platform services investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing order and logistics information handle customer requests within established quality standards and service level agreements escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records and deliver a professional empathetic and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction.
You will also handle stay up to date with platform features policies and e-commerce best practices.

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly 12 which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
