Principais responsabilidades:
Tesouraria
- Gestão dos financiamentos de curto e médio/longo prazo do Grupo - Gestão de garantias bancárias - Liderança, desenvolvimento e distribuição de responsabilidades da equipa de Tesouraria (2 elementos) - Revisão e melhoria contínua de processos e procedimentos de tesouraria - Supervisão de Contas a Receber e Contas a Pagar
Projetos
- Supervisão dos meios de pagamento do Grupo - Relação e negociação com a banca - Gestão da relação financeira com os Shoppings (centros comerciais) - Gestão de contratos de seguros (patrimoniais, saúde e outros) - Gestão e negociação da frota do Grupo
Legal (primeira linha)
- Ponte operacional entre a empresa e o escritório de advogados externo - Revisão inicial de contratos: identificação, resumo e classificação de risco jurídico - Escalamento de temas de maior complexidade para os advogados externos, com preparação prévia de contexto e informação de suporte - Apoio direto ao Head of Finance na tomada de decisão final sobre temas jurídicos
Perfil Pretendido
- Formação superior em Economia, Gestão ou áreas similares, com sensibilidade e pensamento jurídico, não sendo necessária formação em Direito - Experiência mínima de 5 anos - Experiência prévia relevante em Tesouraria, idealmente com exposição à gestão de equipas - Sensibilidade jurídica e conforto na leitura crítica de contratos, mesmo sem formação jurídica formal - Capacidade de diálogo direto com advogados e com Administração - Excel avançado - Conhecimentos de IA - Rigor, autonomia e discrição, dado o acesso a informação financeira e jurídica sensível - Português e Inglês fluentes
