Senior UX/Product Designer - Lisbon

We’re looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to help us scale our impact, elevate our design standards, and deliver better experiences to our users.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Product Design, or a related field. - At least 5-6 years of proven experience in UX Design or Product Design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of UX design decisions and measurable impact on digital products. - Experience designing SaaS products, enterprise software, internal tools, dashboards, data-intensive applications or other complex professional-use software. - Experience working throughout the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery through implementation and continuous improvement. - Experience working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

User Research & UX Methodology

- Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies. - Strong understanding of usability testing, user interviews, surveys, behavioural analysis, synthesis and insight generation. - Proven ability to transform research findings into actionable design decisions. - Deep understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture and design thinking methodologies.

Design Skills

- Strong expertise in interaction design and complex workflow design. - Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps and low-to-high fidelity prototypes. - Experience designing responsive web applications and software products. - Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices. - Strong experience with Figma and Design Systems.

Additional Advantages

The following are considered strong pluses:

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech environments. - Experience designing products involving complex operational workflows or large datasets. - Background in Psychology, Cognitive Science or behavioural sciences. - Experience moderating workshops and facilitating stakeholder alignment sessions. - Experience working in multilingual and international product environments. - French language skills.
