What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be handle customer enquiries and provide clear professional assistance manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services accurately update customer and case information in internal systems ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience and meet established service and quality standards.
What youll earn
1400 x 14
Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly 12 which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
