About The Role As our CC Expert for both our English and Dutch-speaking customers, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support. You'll engage with customers through various channels, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to building a high standard of customer care with our Lisbon team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. What you'll do: Be the main point of contact for our English and Dutch-speaking customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media). Provide timely, thoughtful support while resolving customer questions and issues Make outbound calls to engage with customers and help strengthen long-term relationships Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve our proactive customer care approach Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and reporting What We’re Looking For Fluent in English & Dutch (a must-have!) Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early, late, or overnight schedules Strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine passion for helping customers and improving their experience Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable applying new knowledge quickly Passion for food is a plus Benefits: Hybrid work policy (remote + office). 22 annual leave days +2 days extra days for every year of tenure (up to 6). 5 training days per year.
