Pretendemos admitir um(a) AI Senior Engineer para um cliente de referência.
Responsabilidades:
- Desenhar e desenvolver aplicações baseadas em IA e agentes inteligentes; - Criar integrações entre modelos de IA e sistemas empresariais através de APIs e ferramentas personalizadas; - Desenvolver pipelines escaláveis para a recuperação de conhecimento e o processamento de informação; - Garantir que as soluções de IA sejam seguras, fiáveis, escaláveis e prontas para produção; - Promover as melhores práticas de engenharia nas áreas de LLMOps, MLOps, observabilidade, testes e entrega contínua; - Avaliar tecnologias emergentes de IA e contribuir para a evolução das capacidades de IA da empresa.
Competências:
- Mínimo 5 anos de experiência profissional em engenharia de software, incluindo pelo menos 3 anos na concepção e implementação de soluções baseadas em IA em ambientes de produção; - Experiência prática com modelos LLMs de última geração, tais como GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral ou modelos equivalentes; - Experiência na criação de aplicações de agentes de IA utilizando frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework ou tecnologias comparáveis; - Sólidas competências de desenvolvimento em Python; - Experiência com outras linguagens de programação, como .NET (obrigatória).
