As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers by providing professional assistance and ensuring an What you'll do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering professional and high-quality support Assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products, troubleshooting issues effectively Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience Meet quality and operational performance targets while contributing to service excellence What we're looking for Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2 level) with good English skills Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in automotive and digital products Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred Experience using CRM systems is a plus Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset Salary 1030€ x14 Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
