In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements Native-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Salary 1000€ x 14 Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
