What the job actually involves Day to day you will be provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels, respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information, resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible, manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers, escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk, record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, and contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights. You will also handle work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives.
