Senior Revenue Manager
to join the Revenue Management team supporting both Ando Living and LovelyStay. In this role, you'll drive the revenue performance of our hospitality and short-term rental portfolio playing a key role in maximizing profitability while identifying new opportunities to optimize portfolio performance. What you will do:
Revenue optimization and pricing strategy. Forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Market and competitor benchmarking. Distribution and channel management. Portfolio performance reviews and commercial recommendations. Supporting owner discussions and strategic asset performance initiatives. Continuous improvement of reporting and revenue management processes. What you should bring:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue Management within hospitality. Experience within serviced apartments, or short-term rentals is highly valuable. Strong expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization. Experience managing multi-property portfolios and driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance. Advanced analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with PriceLabs and other hospitality revenue management tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diferent teams. Fluency in English. What we offer:
