Main Responsibilities

Process and execute domestic and international payments accurately and in a timely manner;

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and banking regulations;

Monitor payment queues, investigate rejected or returned payments, and resolve discrepancies;

Maintain and update vendor and bank master data in SAP or other ERP systems;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (AP, Treasury, Accounting) to ensure smooth end-to-end payment cycles;

Support payment process improvements and contribute to automation and system enhancement initiatives.

Main Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;

Experience in Payments, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations within an international environment;

Strong understanding of payment processes, banking platforms, and financial controls;

Proficiency in SAP (FI/AP modules preferred) or other ERP systems; Solid Excel skills;

Fluent in English (both written and spoken);

Additional European languages are a plus.
