Join our Corporate Financing & Treasury department and play a senior operational role in the day‑to‑day management of group treasury. As Treasury Manager, you will act as the primary owner of a defined entity perimeter, ensuring the full cycle of cash management — from payment preparation to banking relationship management — while driving process reliability and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Financing & Treasury and serve as the main point of contact for banking partners, accounting teams, and group entities within your scope. Your Missions

Prepare and submit payment files to banks through our Treasury Management System (TMS) Monitor and maintain the group cash forecast, including daily cash position, direct debit tracking, and payment calendar Ensure day‑to‑day liquidity coverage and produce accurate short‑term cash forecasts Ensure timely execution of all payments within the assigned entity perimeter (suppliers, payroll, tax, inter‑company) Track and resolve payment incidents by coordinating with relevant teams Act as the primary operational contact for banking relationship managers within the assigned perimeter Attend and coordinate KYC meetings with banking partners Manage bank account opening and closing processes, ensuring technical integration is completed Maintain up‑to‑date bank mandates, user access lists, and account conventions Serve as the Treasury point of contact for accounting, HR & Payroll, and supplier teams within the perimeter Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce manual workload and improve accuracy of cash tracking Participate in cross-functional treasury projects and support the digital transformation of treasury operations Monitor and control all group banking fees, perform regular fee audits, and negotiate fee reductions where applicable Execute foreign exchange transactions at group level and monitor FX exposures Manage the placement of surplus cash and identify appropriate short‑term investment solutions Maintain TMS user access lists and bank account signatory lists, ensuring compliance and accuracy Prepare and support internal and external audits on the treasury perimeter Ensure KYC/AML compliance for all bank accounts within the perimeter Own the design, implementation and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and connectivity with banks, ERPs and payment platforms. Manage banking connectivity channels, including SWIFT, APIs, SFTP and web portals, ensuring secure and reliable data and payment flows. Configure and maintain treasury interfaces, bank account reporting, payment workflows and electronic bank statements, including ISO 20022, MT940/MT942 and CAMT formats. Lead connectivity projects with banks and internal stakeholders, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support. Act as the subject‑matter expert and key point of contact for Treasury, Finance, IT, banks and external technology providers. Your Profile

Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent; a specialised Treasury Master’s programme is a significant plus Experience: 3 to 5 years in corporate treasury, banking operations, or cash management, including at least 2 years with direct banking relationship responsibilities First relevant experience as Manager is a significant plus Proficiency in Kyriba TMS is essential; advanced Excel; familiarity with banking platforms; Power BI is a plus Proficiency in SWIFT message formats used over SWIFTNet (MT101, MT940, ISO 20022 XML formats including camt.053 and camt.086) Fluent English and French, written and spoken Strong sense of ownership and accountability Rigour and precision Strong banking relationship skills Proactivity and initiative Autonomy and structured working approach Excellent organisational skills Collaborative and cross‑functional mindset Remuneration

€34,000 – €54,000 (+ 5–10% variable, in addition to base salary) Our salary ranges are intentionally broad because we hire talented minds, not "standard templates."
