Business Analyst

eager to take on new challenges in a

hybrid work model in Lisbon. Are you the one? Experience as a

Business Analyst

within the

banking or financial services sector . Strong knowledge of business requirements gathering and functional analysis. Experience working in

Agile environments , with

Jira or Azure DevOps . Knowledge of

data migration, data manipulation, aggregation, ETL, and data quality . Strong

SQL

skills and experience with

Oracle

databases. Knowledge of

PL/SQL . Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Advanced English

proficiency. French is a plus. Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams. Translate business needs into

user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and data-model diagrams . Maintain requirements documentation, data dictionaries, process maps, and test plans. Support test planning and the definition of test cases. Collaborate with stakeholders through sprint demos, status reports, and project reviews. Identify opportunities for process and framework improvements. Work closely with

ETL teams

on data flows and transformation logic. Define and maintain
