IT User Management & Authorization–

Flexible Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

3–5 years of experience in User Management, Authorization, Identity & Access Management or similar roles

Proven experience defining and managing User Management and Authorization processes

Good understanding of user lifecycle management, roles, authorizations, access requests and approval processes

Experience working with multiple applications, platforms and stakeholders in a complex IT environment

Strong process management and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to establish standards and governance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership

Strong ownership mindset, proactively driving topics to completion and removing blockers

Ability to translate business, security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable processes

Comfortable working across technical and business teams and driving alignment between different stakeholders

Fluency in English
