SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist . Your Mission Will Be

Leading the development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting; Acting as a key reporting partner for business stakeholders, translating analytical needs into effective reports, dashboards, and stories; Designing business-focused reporting solutions across SuccessFactors modules, ensuring relevant and accessible insights; Evaluating existing reporting environments and supporting the transition from legacy tools such as Ad Hoc, Canvas, Table Reports, and ORD to Story Reporting. You Will Need

3+ years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or in a comparable reporting and analytics role; Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Story Reporting, including the development of complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions; Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR processes across areas such as Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, and Succession Planning; Fluency in English; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; Exposure to modern analytics technologies such as SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms; What we offer:
