O que procuramos:
5+ anos de experiência como Scrum Master, preferencialmente com certificação ágil (CSM, PSM ou SAFe SM); Domínio de Scrum, Kanban e facilitação de cerimónias ágeis; Experiência na remoção de impedimentos e gestão de múltiplas equipas simultaneamente; Conhecimento de ferramentas ágeis (Jira, Azure DevOps ou similares); Capacidade de coaching de equipas e Product Owners; Boa comunicação com stakeholders e liderança; Capacidade de acompanhar métricas ágeis (velocity, burndown, lead time).
