IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to join the recruitment team of a leading international company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their needs and identify the right talent for the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work directly with a final client, in an international and dynamic environment, with exposure to a wide range of IT profiles and recruitment challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand business and recruitment requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract IT talent.
• Screen and assess candidates according to technical and behavioural requirements.
• Conduct interviews and provide structured candidate feedback.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives when required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical/IT roles.
• Good understanding of the IT market and different technical profiles.
• Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Good level of English.
