We are looking for a R2R Accounting Analyst
MAIN TASKS
- Perform reconciliation of accounting data between different systems and dedicated accounting tools. - Analyze accounting entries to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and potential errors. - Investigate and follow up on open items in Vendors and Clients accounts. - Prepare VAT reports based on accounting data. - Perform accounting controls in line with corporate procedures and internal policies. - Support the identification and resolution of accounting discrepancies. - Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of accounting information. - Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with established accounting procedures.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. - Previous professional experience as an Accounting Officer, R2R Analyst, Accounting Analyst, or in a similar accounting role. - Experience with accounting reconciliations and analysis of accounting data. - Good understanding of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes. - Experience preparing or supporting VAT reports is a plus. - Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. - Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international teams. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Knowledge of French is a plus. - Hybrid position based in Lisbon.
