Change Management Lead for Workspace Deployment | Hybrid x2 per week in Lisbon

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead for Workspace Deployment.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Develop a change management plan that aligns with the overall project plan for Workspace (Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors).
• Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.
• Provide support to employees during the change process.
