As a Resource Manager youll manage the talent pipeline efficiently ensuring that client requests for specific profiles are met promptly either through internal resources or external recruitment. Ensures the right profiles to each client.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and prioritise client needs: This includes collaborating with sales to gather requirements prioritising requests and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Source and match consultants: Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels prepare them for interviews and present them to clients.
Facilitate the placement process: Coordinate interviews gather feedback and help close deals ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and consultants.
Ensure successful delivery: Oversee contract compliance manage replacements if needed and maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration Management or a related field.
Proven experience in Resource Management IT Recruitment or Technical Staffing operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Proactive mindset with a focus on speed quality and problem-solving.
Collaborative team player.
Hands-on expertise in ATS management talent database optimisation and resourcing analytics reporting.
