Workster is partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit a Turkish-Speaking Digital Advertising Consultant to support the Turkish market.
Based in Lisbon, you will work with small and medium-sized businesses, helping advertisers get the most out of digital advertising products and solutions. You'll combine customer support, problem-solving, and digital advertising guidance to help clients improve their online presence and achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do
- Support Turkish-speaking advertisers through live chat, email, and outbound calls. - Understand clients' needs and provide practical guidance on digital advertising products and tools. - Troubleshoot issues and help advertisers find effective solutions. - Educate SMB clients on available advertising features, tools, and best practices. - Identify recurring customer challenges and trends and communicate relevant insights to internal teams. - Build positive relationships with clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Help advertisers improve their experience and make better use of digital advertising solutions. - Work towards quality and performance targets in a fast-paced, international environment.
What We're Looking For
- Turkish: C2 / Native or bilingual level. - English: B2 or higher. - Previous experience in customer service, client support, sales, digital marketing, advertising, or account management is an advantage. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable communicating with business clients by phone and digital channels. - Ability to identify patterns, trends, and recurring customer issues. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. - Willingness to learn new digital products, tools, and advertising solutions. - Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and target-driven environment.
