We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Agent to join the team of a prestigious company in the automotive sector.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them with their questions understanding their needs and providing effective solutions whenever issues arise. Your communication skills empathy and solution-oriented mindset will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your role

• Assist customers in French through the available customer support channels.
• Respond to customer questions and provide clear and accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and identify the best solution for each situation.
• Support customers in resolving issues related to products and services.
• Ensure a professional friendly and positive customer experience.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a consistently high level of service.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but full training will be provided.
