CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a French-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge. Language required: French Highlights: Relocation support included Bonus / commission on top of base salary Private health insurance Responsibilities: Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week Qualifications: Native-level fluency in French and good command of English (B2 level minimum) Strong communication and decision-making skills Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment Benefits: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Relocation support package available for international candidates Private health insurance Meal allowance and transport allowance A vibrant, multicultural environment in a modern Lisbon office, centrally located and well-equipped Relocation: Relocation support included: Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
