What You Will Do As an Operations Customer Expert, you will provide top-tier support to both consumer and business users across multiple channels: Customer Support: Assist users with billing, invoicing, and account access issues. Product Guidance: Guide, support, and train clients on utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve platform issues efficiently to deliver high-quality service. Requirements Citizenship: Must hold EU citizenship or a valid European work permit. Languages: Advanced / C1-C2 level proficiency in English. Passion: Strong interest in new technologies, AI, and helping customers succeed. What We Offer & Compensation Package 1. Administrative Support: Full legal and administrative help with NIF, Social Security, and local setups. 3.
