Langue requise : Français et anglais Points forts : Contrat portugais avec sécurité sociale complète Prime de vacances et de Noël Hébergement d'entreprise possible pour les recrutements internationaux Vos missions : Être le point de contact principal pour les poids lourds de plus de 3,5 tonnes Assister par téléphone et e-mail en français et en anglais Gérer les communications liées aux impayés et proposer des services complémentaires Répondre aux questions sur l'usage des routes et la réglementation Contribuer aux objectifs opérationnels et de revenus de l'entreprise Mettre à jour les informations clients dans les systèmes internes Votre profil : Français courant (oral et écrit) et bon niveau d'anglais Expérience en service client, idéalement dans le transport ou la logistique Bonnes compétences en communication et sens du client Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles avec professionnalisme À l'aise avec les outils numériques Nous offrons : Contrat portugais avec sécurité sociale complète, 22 jours de congés payés Prime de vacances et de Noël versées mensuellement Formation professionnelle entièrement rémunérée Indemnité repas sur carte Assurance santé dès le premier jour Bureaux modernes à Porto, bien desservis Relocalisation : Hébergement permanent fourni pour les candidats venant de l'étranger.
