David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Greek speaking Content Moderator for their office in Lisbon.
Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products services and industry standards
Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies legal standards and safety guidelines
Adapted to policy updates schedule changes and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels adhering to company protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Greek both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication sound judgment and local market insight
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday 24/7)
Strong customer service skills with empathy effective communication and balanced decision-making.
