We would like to meet a Business Unit Manager for a project with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities: Strategy & Business Plan:
Defining and executing the Business Unit’s strategy and commercial roadmap for national expansion; Team Leadership & Coaching:
Leading, training, and mentoring Business Managers, driving professional growth and high performance through ongoing feedback; Business Development & Acquisition:
Driving new client acquisition and managing a portfolio of high-potential accounts, ensuring strong retention and loyalty; Performance & Results Management:
Monitoring unit and individual KPIs to motivate the team and consistently exceed targets.
Requirements: Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field. Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in commercial roles and team management. Industry Experience:
4+ years of experience in the Technological Consulting sector. Business Acumen:
Strong motivation for business development within the IT Outsourcing framework. Soft Skills: -Dynamic, with strong communication skills. -Team player with a collaborative spirit. -Highly committed with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. -Results-oriented mindset. -Proficiency in additional languages (such as English).
