Estamos à procura de um Security Technical Manager com forte experiência em networking, segurança e governance, para liderar a definição e evolução de standards, políticas e processos em ambientes tecnológicos complexos.

Sobre a Oportunidade
Irás assumir um papel estratégico na evolução dos serviços de networking e segurança, garantindo maior consistência, controlo e maturidade operacional.
Terás também responsabilidade na definição de modelos de governance, racionalização de políticas e alinhamento entre arquitetura, operação, segurança e necessidades de negócio.
Responsabilidades
- Definir e evoluir frameworks de governance de rede e segurança;
- Normalizar e simplificar políticas e configurações existentes;
- Estabelecer standards, processos e boas práticas;
- Estruturar processos de change management, auditoria e revisão;
- Garantir consistência e conformidade das políticas de segurança;
- Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização;
- Acompanhar a maturidade dos serviços e promover melhoria contínua;
- Apoiar equipas técnicas na adoção dos modelos definidos;
- Definir roadmaps de evolução tecnológica;
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de uma estrutura dedicada à governance dos serviços.
O que Procuramos
- Experiência sólida em networking e segurança;
- Experiência na definição de modelos de governance e standards operacionais;
- Conhecimentos de gestão e racionalização de políticas de segurança;
- Experiência em ambientes de infraestrutura de elevada complexidade;
- Conhecimentos de automação e scripting;
- Capacidade de modelar fluxos de tráfego e políticas de rede;
- Experiência em iniciativas de transformação e melhoria operacional;
- Capacidade de liderança, comunicação e visão transversal.
Será valorizado:
- Experiência com Fortinet;
- Conhecimentos de Cisco, Palo Alto Networks ou Check Point;
- Infrastructure as Code e automação de infraestrutura;
- Experiência em arquitetura de segurança;
- Certificações em networking, segurança ou arquitetura.
