Job Title: SEO & GEO Lead

Reports To: Sr Director, Digital

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Business Unit Description: Digital COE

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: The SEO & GEO Lead owns search visibility standards across Enovis' web and marketplace environments, spanning corporate, professional (surgeons and clinicians) and consumer brand audiences. Sitting within the Global Digital Center of Excellence, the role drives technical SEO, content discoverability and emerging AI and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices to strengthen organic performance across the multi-brand medtech portfolio.

This requisition is used for ongoing talent acquisition and may not represent an immediate opening.

Key Responsibilities: Set SEO and GEO governance, requirements and optimization priorities across digital properties. Partner with Web, Content and Marketplace teams on technical fixes, taxonomy and discoverability. Develop reporting on visibility, rankings, search-driven traffic quality and opportunity areas. Embed SEO into templates, migrations, content standards and experimentation planning. Ensure search readiness across website migrations and replatforming initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical SEO across web and, ideally, marketplace environments. Experience serving both professional/clinical and consumer audiences preferred. Marketplace SEO experience, for example Amazon, preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related field required. Excellent c mmunication skills; English required. Microsoft Office required. Ability to translate SEO requirements into technical and content backlogs required. Understanding of emerging AI search and GEO practices and their business impact required. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SEO reporting and tooling required.

Desired Characteristics Familiarity with structured data, CMS platforms and site migrations preferred. Cross-functional partnership skills with a commercial focus. Continuous-improvement mindset.

Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required. Typical work related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
