Responsibilities Identify, assess and monitor operational risks and the effectiveness of internal controls. Ensure procedures, controls and risk management frameworks are properly implemented and maintained. Execute control activities, analyse results and follow up on remediation actions. Manage operational incidents, audit findings and corrective action plans. Prepare risk reports and provide insights to management and governance committees. Support operational risk and permanent control governance activities. Promote a strong risk and control culture through stakeholder engagement and awareness initiatives. Collaborate with business and control functions to strengthen risk mitigation and process effectiveness.
Qualifications English (Fluent) Up to 2 years of experience in Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit, Consulting, Project Management or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
