Location: Lisbon, Portugal Contract: Full-time | Portuguese Employment Contract Schedule: 40 hours/week | 24/7 Rotating Shifts Language: English – C1/C2 Eligibility: THIS ROLE IS STRICTLY OPEN ONLY TO LOCAL CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN PORTUGAL. Candidates outside Portugal will NOT be considered. About the Role Join a top BPO company supporting customers of a leading American AI research and technology organization. As an Operations Customer Expert , you'll provide professional support to consumers and business users in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping them resolve issues and get the most from the client's products. What You'll Do Support customers via phone, email, and chat Handle billing and invoicing enquiries Troubleshoot account access issues Guide and support customers with the use of AI products Provide clear, timely, and helpful responses Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards Troubleshoot issues efficiently and escalate when required Requirements C1/C2 English (written & spoken) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer service/support experience is an advantage Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment Ability to manage multiple customer cases independently Passion for technology and AI Must be currently based in Portugal Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €938 gross/month Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month Christmas Allowance: €78.17/month Meal Allowance: €7/day (€154/month based on 22 working days) Estimated monthly gross package: €1,248.33 Performance Bonus: up to €200/month Additional Benefits Portuguese employment contract 22 days annual leave Holiday & Christmas bonuses paid monthly Private health & dental insurance after contract signature Prepaid meal card Portuguese public holiday benefits Potential permanent contract after 2 years Training 15 working days | 8 hours/day Training includes product knowledge, customer management, systems, communication channels, and on-the-job training.
