Senior Data & AI Analytics Lead
to oversee and mentor a team of 13 professionals, driving technical excellence across Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who combines strong expertise in
Power BI ,
Data Science , and
modern AI capabilities
with proven experience leading high-performing teams. You will play a key role in defining best practices, shaping technical direction, fostering innovation, and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven solutions across the organization. As a Data & AI Analytics Lead, you will: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 13 data professionals. Establish and promote best practices in Analytics, Data Science, and BI development. Drive the adoption of AI technologies and intelligent automation within the team. Support the evolution of data products, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions. Help transform business challenges into data-driven and AI-powered opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Technical Mentorship
Lead, coach, and support a team of Data Analysts, BI Developers, and Data Scientists. Establish technical standards, development practices, and delivery frameworks. Conduct technical reviews and guide architectural decisions. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the team. Support team growth through mentoring and capability development. Business Intelligence & Analytics
Lead the design and evolution of analytical solutions using
Power BI . Ensure reporting platforms remain scalable, maintainable, and business-focused. Promote data visualization best practices and self-service analytics capabilities. Support stakeholders in transforming data into actionable business insights. Data Science & AI
Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes and decision-making. Help the team integrate AI-powered capabilities into existing products and solutions. Promote experimentation, innovation, and AI literacy across the organization. Guide the evaluation and implementation of emerging AI technologies and use cases. Define and execute the team's technical roadmap. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. Foster a data-driven culture focused on measurable business outcomes. What We’re Looking For

Data Science . Experience driving or implementing

within business or technical teams. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across the organization. Strong communication and leadership skills. Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on technical expertise.
