What will you do?
As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
- Supporting advertisers through email and chat
- Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
- Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
- Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
- Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality
What are we looking for?
You’ll be a great match if you:
- Have C1 level English, both written and spoken
- Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
- Have experience in Digital Marketing
- Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
- Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
