We are looking for an
Application Support Engineer !
Responsibilities : Manage incidents, problems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions. Ensure application operations, performance, availability, and service continuity. Prepare, assess, implement, and monitor changes. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support. Maintain procedures, technical documentation, audit deliverables, and regular reporting. Drive application optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure the reliability and compliance of applications within the assigned scope and agreed service levels.
Requirements : Experience in application support and IT operations. Strong experience with
Kubernetes and Docker . Practical experience with
Cross File Transfer
solutions. Practical experience with
MQSeries . Strong knowledge of
Cloud technologies and environments . Experience in incident, problem, and change management. Knowledge of root-cause analysis and remediation processes. Experience providing
L1 and L2 functional and technical support . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a structured and service-oriented environment.
