Triangle Talent Portugal is currently recruiting a Sales Manager (M/F/D) for direct integration into a leading hotel group in the Algarve, which holds a strong position in both national and international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the group's commercial strategy, ensuring sustained revenue growth, strengthening presence in strategic markets, and maximizing the profitability of the hotel units. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the group's annual commercial plan, aligned with strategic and financial goals. Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a results-oriented culture. Manage and optimize different sales channels, including tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs, and direct channels. Develop commercial strategies for the leisure, corporate, groups, and MICE segments. Negotiate commercial agreements with tour operators, strategic partners, and key accounts. Work closely with Revenue Management to define pricing, segmentation, and revenue optimization. Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Monitor sales KPIs, ensuring that revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets are met. Represent the group at trade fairs, industry events, and relevant commercial initiatives. Monitor market trends, competition, and the evolution of key source markets. Profile Required: Higher education degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or similar fields. Consolidated experience in commercial management roles within the hospitality sector, preferably within hotel groups. Strong knowledge of tour operations, hotel distribution, and international markets. Proven experience negotiating with tour operators, commercial partners, and strategic accounts. Strong orientation toward results, performance analysis, and revenue maximization. High capacity for leadership, communication, and negotiation. Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages will be highly valued. The Offer: Direct integration into a solid and leading hotel group in the Algarve.
