Arabic-Speaking Performance & Measurement Specialist

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Arabic-speaking Performance & Measurement Specialists for an exciting international digital advertising project in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide B2B support to advertisers, helping them troubleshoot advertising products and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms. You will work closely with internal technical teams to resolve product-related issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Lisbon, offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment while developing your expertise in digital advertising and performance measurement. Language required: Arabic Highlights: Career growth opportunities Responsibilities: Provide B2B support to advertisers via email and chat channels Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues related to advertising products Manage end-to-end customer cases, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical, product, and account-related queries Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and enhance the advertiser experience Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and regular updates throughout the case journey Ensure adherence to service levels and productivity standards across support channels Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types Qualifications: Native or fluent Arabic (C1-C2 level) with good English skills Mandatory experience in: Google Analytics HTML / Web Development / Pixel Data and API integrations Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory Degree in Marketing or a related field Previous experience in Digital Marketing Experience in a Contact Centre or service environment for an Advertising Tech company is preferred Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising Strong customer service orientation and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits: Full-time on-site position in Lisbon Paid training and structured onboarding Opportunity to work on a high-impact international digital advertising project Dynamic and multicultural work environment Career growth and long-term development opportunities Exposure to advanced advertising technologies and performance measurement tools Modern office environment in Lisbon Full support from CloserHire throughout the recruitment process Relocation: This role is open only to candidates who already live in the area or already hold valid local work authorization — relocation support is not offered.
