Your New Role

- Act as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, internal mobility, and offboarding. - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. - Support employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. - Coordinate learning and development initiatives and support talent growth across the business. - Contribute to employee engagement programmes and help foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture. - Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports, and participate in projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and employee experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist position. - Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, in a technology environment. - Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. - Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently. - Fluent English is essential; Portuguese is considered an advantage.
