What is the Business Manager Academy?
The Business Manager Academy is a paid, intensive, full-time program of up to one month , designed for ambitious recent graduates who want to launch their career in IT Consulting .
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced Business Managers, combining hard skills , soft skills , and real business challenges to prepare you for the role.
Successful participants may have the opportunity to join InnoTech as an Associate Business Manager in Lisboa or Porto.
The first edition is expected to start in October 2026 .

Participants who successfully complete the Academy and demonstrate the expected competencies will be considered for integration into InnoTech as Business Manager.
