Your New Role

  • Act as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.
  • Support employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives and support talent growth across the business.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programmes and help foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
  • Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports, and participate in projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and employee experience.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist position.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, in a technology environment.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent English is essential; Portuguese is considered an advantage.
