Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices, where your role goes beyond customer support—you'll be helping patients and healthcare professionals with life-changing solutions. What You'll Do As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will: Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required. Handle inquiries, incidents, and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat. Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy. Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence. Work Schedule Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am - 10 pm 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance). Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law). Compensation & Benefits We value your commitment and reward it generously: Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months). Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day, €167,86/month Who We're Looking For Fluency in German (C2) – essential. Advanced English (C1) – for internal communication and training. Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.
