Due to our expansion across Europe our team is looking for a Country Manager to oversee the successful growth and daily operations within our Portugal business.
Russell Tobin support clients across a variety of sectors, including and not limited to, Technology, Financial Services, Science, Pharmaceutical, Engineering. Initially this is a player/coach role; you will be leading a team of recruiters to get in the weeds with recruiting as well as developing best practice recruitment delivery and operations locally. The Country Manager for Portugal will play an integral role in business development, furthering the global expansion of Russell Tobin and Pride Global.
