Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, procedures, and available solutions. Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems. Follow established company procedures, service guidelines, and quality standards. Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe. Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates. Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.
