A Experis encontra-se neste momento a reforçar a equipa da Fresenius Kabi , com a contratação de um(a) Product Manager Enteral Nutrition , através de um contrato sem termo, com local de trabalho em TagusPark, Porto Salvo, em regime hibrido.
Este(a) profissional terá um papel estratégico na definição, implementação e monitorização da estratégia de marketing da área de Nutrição Entérica, sendo responsável por impulsionar o crescimento do negócio, desenvolver o portefólio de produtos e assegurar o suporte científico e comercial às equipas de vendas. A função envolve uma forte interação com profissionais de saúde, equipas comerciais e diferentes stakeholders internos e externos, contribuindo para o posicionamento e desenvolvimento sustentável da área de negócio. No dia a dia, este(a) profissional será responsável pela elaboração e implementação do plano anual de marketing, gestão do portefólio de Nutrição Entérica, análise de mercado e concorrência, acompanhamento do desempenho do negócio e suporte aos processos de forecast e budget. Terá também um papel ativo no desenvolvimento de materiais promocionais, campanhas de marketing, formação e suporte científico às equipas comerciais, bem como na organização e participação em eventos e congressos científicos. Adicionalmente, irá liderar projetos de lançamento de novos produtos e iniciativas de desenvolvimento de mercado, assegurando a concretização dos objetivos estratégicos definidos para a área.
Procuramos um(a) profissional com formação superior em Nutrição, Ciências Farmacêuticas ou outra área relevante das Ciências da Saúde, e experiência consolidada em Product Management ou funções similares no setor da Saúde. Procuramos um perfil com forte capacidade analítica e visão estratégica, orientado para resultados, com excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, capaz de transformar conhecimento científico em iniciativas de valor para profissionais de saúde, doentes e negócio. O domínio fluente da língua inglesa é um requisito essencial assim como, entre 3 a 5 anos de experiência.
