Role Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join one of our biggest partners, a leading Portuguese retail and technology driven company, operating across multiple business areas with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation.
What you will do
- Identify, analyse, and assess vulnerabilities across servers, endpoints, applications, and cloud environments;
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk intelligence, including CVEs, CVSS scores, Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEVs), and business impact;
- Coordinate withinfrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure timely remediation according to defined SLAs;
- Monitor remediation activities, perform follow-ups, and escalate overdue or high-risk vulnerabilities when required;
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to provide visibility into the organization's security posture;
- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of Vulnerability Management processes, leveraging AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency.
What you are like
- Proficient in Vulnerability Management practices within Cybersecurity environments;
- Solid knowledgeof Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, and services;
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and security platforms such as Tenable One and/or CrowdStrike;
- Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Knowledge of secure software development and application security concepts, including SSDLC, SAST, SCA, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scanning;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize risks rather than simply execute vulnerability scans;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical risks into business impact;
- Knowledge of Gois considered a plus.
