About the Role Our client is an American AI research and deployment company recognized as a leader in generative AI technologies, focused on building advanced systems and language models. We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal in Lisbon, providing professional support to consumers and business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers with billing and invoicing matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Account Support: Troubleshoot account access issues efficiently.
- Product Guidance: Guide, support, and train customers on how to use the client's products and platform features.
- Quality Excellence: Deliver high-quality service and timely, useful responses that exceed client expectations and quality scoring measures.
Work Schedule & Training
- Work Schedule: 8-hour daily shifts (40 hours/week) with a 1-hour lunch break. Operating 24/7 with schedules assigned across Day Shifts (07:00–22:00) or Night Shifts (22:00–07:00).
- Comprehensive Training: Includes a 15-working-day paid intensive training program (8 hours/day) covering software tools, client products, and customer management.

Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
