Join our team of 180+ InnoTechers and bring your talent as a Systems Administrator.Your mission will be: Administer and monitor Linux and Windows Server environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructures; Ensure the availability, stability and performance of systems, networks and applications through monitoring and troubleshooting; Work closely with technical teams to implement, optimize and support infrastructure solutions.You will need: +3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator; Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments; Proven experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, CloudStack and/or Proxmox VE; Experience withinfrastructure troubleshooting, monitoring and system operations; Good technical documentation and reporting skills; CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit; Fluency in Portuguese.Would be awesome if you have: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas; Previous experience in Agile environments; Experience supporting both cloud and on-premises infrastructures; English proficiency (B2 or above).What we offer: Health-focused partnerships, including free mental health support;
