We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon and provide an excellent customer experience to French-speaking clients.
Your responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone email and/or chat.
- Assist customers with questions requests and technical or product-related issues.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear accurate solutions.
- Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow internal procedures and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not always required.
